Announcements for Sunday, April 24th, 2016

Baptism of  Bree Elizabeth Tannahill, daughter of Emily Templeton and Scott Tannahill. 

We hold in our thoughts and prayers the family of Sybil Gruer, who died on Tuesday and whose funeral service was held yesterday. 

Howick United Church will be holding its Spring Salad Luncheon on Saturday, April 30^th, from 11:30-1:00.  Admission: Adults $12; Ages 5 to 12: $6.Takeouts available. 

Rockburn Presbyterian Church will be holding its Roast Pork dinner on Saturday, May 7^th in the Rockburn Hall. 

The United Theological College will be holding its Convocation celebration on Wednesday, May 4^th at 2pm in St James United Church, 463 Ste Catherine St, Montreal.

We are planning to print a new newsletter for Sunday, May 8^th.  If you have information to be included, please let Barbara know by Wednesday, May 4^th so it can be included. 

Keep in mind:  the deadline for Hugh Duncan and IFE bursaries is June 10^th.  Application forms are available in our churches and online at the Montreal  Presbytery website  www.montrealpresbytery.ca.
